Featured testimonial

“I’ve got the privilege of learning from the best.”

“Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of attending my first cooking class with Chef Sam Gowing. A few years ago I never would have imagined I’d be so lucky to learn from such an inspiring chef. Back then, I lived on fried rice and had little interest in cooking or understanding what I was eating. Fast forward three years and I’ve discovered a real passion for food. I’ve got the privilege of learning from the best.”

Couples testimonial

“A memorable experience we’ll recreate at home.”

“We booked a private couples cooking experience for my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Sam tailored the menu to suit Hashimoto’s disease and gluten-free requirements, creating three delicious Japanese-inspired dishes that were both nutritious and easy to recreate at home.

Cooking together in Sam’s beautiful kitchen was relaxed, engaging and completely immersive. Along the way, we learnt about local ingredients, nutrition and practical cooking techniques before sitting down to enjoy restaurant-quality meals we’d prepared ourselves.

We highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to cook healthier, expand their repertoire or simply enjoy an unforgettable day together.”
